Delivery and collection
You choose delivery or collection when you request your order. We confirm the exact method and charge on your quotation.
- Delivery within Trinidad and Tobago: prints are packed to protect them in transit and sent by courier or delivered by us. The delivery charge is shown on your quotation and depends on the size of the package and your location.
- Collection: collect from the address given on your quotation by appointment. Please bring your order number.
- Delivery outside Trinidad and Tobago: ask us for a quotation before ordering. Import duties and taxes in the destination country are the buyer's responsibility.
How long it takes
Every print is made to order, so allow time for production as well as delivery. We will give you an estimated date on your quotation and keep you updated in your account. Dates are estimates; we will tell you promptly if anything changes.
When your print arrives
Please check it on delivery or collection. If the packaging is damaged, note it with the courier where you can, and photograph the packaging and the print. Tell us within 7 days of receiving it if anything is wrong.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect prints
If a print arrives damaged, has a printing fault, or is not what you ordered, contact us via the contact form on this website with your order number and photographs. We will, at your choice where possible, reprint and resend it or refund the item, and we will pay the return or replacement costs. We may ask you to keep the damaged print until the matter is resolved.
Changes of mind
Prints are made specially for you, so we cannot accept returns or give refunds simply because you changed your mind once production has started. Before production starts you can ask us to change or cancel the order and we will refund anything you have paid for it.
